The eee 900 Linux jobbie has a 4 GB drive soldered to the logic board and a 16 GB replaceable PCI-e SSD board (so presumably upgradable when bigger ones are cheaper). booted just fine - OS X actually likes the 1024圆00 screen though the animation timing's all out. let's see if it'll boot my old 701 hackintosh CD just for the time being. ![]() First impressions - lovely quality and fantastic pearlescent finish. Looks like the lucky new owner of my 701 is getting a 2 GB stick for free along with the 701 - he'll be buying me the beer The 2 GB RAM sold by that allegedly works in the Macbook (and was £25 when we all bought it) from my Eee 701 doesn't work in the 900. But here I am again, having burnt myself out at work and fighting a bad cold, needing some rest, trying to hack OS X onto my new eee 900.įirstly, BIG IRRITATION. ![]() ![]() I used to say I could stop if I wanted to.
